While we are relatively flexible on contractual arrangements, we need to know the following 3 things…
WHO – General profile of the partner
WHAT – General profile of the site as well as the intended size of the facility
WHERE – Geographic location and building type (hotel, mall, stand alone etc.)
Based on the who, what and where, we will undertake a financial and market study to assess the viability of placing a SensAsia Urban Spa, SensAsia Express or another operating model at the site.
